Ryan Debelak
Ryan Debelak is a licensed massage therapist through the Ohio Medical Board, bringing years of experience and advanced training to every session. After earning an associate’s degree from Rhodes State College and working as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Ohio Orthopedics, Ryan completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Conditioning from American Military University. Today, he continues to expand his expertise through ongoing coursework in manual therapy, stretching, exercise, and massage techniques to provide the highest level of care.

Kaylee Ohnmeiss
Kaylee Ohnmeiss earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Findlay in 2022, where she also competed on the women’s tennis team during her undergraduate studies. She began her career at The Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio, focusing on orthopedic care and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, while also working with athletes of all ages on sport-specific training. Today, Kaylee serves as a Physical Therapist at RDM Therapy, bringing specialized training in Integrative Dry Needling and Graston techniques for instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.

What to Expect
We are thrilled to begin this journey with you! Before you come for your first appointment, there are a few things you should know. First, plan to arrive a few minutes early. It will give you time to park and locate the entrance. The entrance is on the north side of the building. See pictures below for more help. There is parking on Main Street and also parking behind the building. Feel free to use either! Arriving early will also give you time to fill out any additional paperwork if necessary. See you soon!
Our Facilities
The location can be kind of tricky to find your first time! There is a side door on the north side of the building, this is where you will enter for your first session. It is on the right-hand side of the building from the picture below. If you are having issues finding the door, don’t hesitate to give us a call!
